Psychedelic experiences — whether through ketamine therapy, psilocybin, MDMA, or other substances — can open profound windows of insight, emotional release, and expanded perspective. But insight alone doesn't create change. What happens after the experience is what determines whether those openings become lasting transformation.
Integration is the process of weaving what you experienced into your everyday life — making meaning of it, resolving what came up, and embodying the shifts you felt. Without this work, even the most powerful experience can fade like a dream. Research consistently shows that the therapeutic benefits of psychedelic experiences are significantly amplified when combined with structured integration support.
Hypnotherapy is exceptionally well-suited for integration work. Both modalities operate in the language of the subconscious — imagery, emotion, metaphor, and felt experience. Together, they create a bridge between the expanded states of the journey and the grounded reality of daily life. As a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience, I bring clinical depth to this sensitive and meaningful work.
Important: I do not administer, facilitate, or recommend specific psychedelic substances. This is integration support only — for individuals who have already had an experience and are looking for professional support in processing it.
Psychedelic integration hypnotherapy works across three interconnected dimensions — each one building on the last.
Psychedelic experiences often arrive in images, feelings, and symbolic language. Integration helps translate these into clear understanding — what was the experience showing you? What does it mean for your life? We work together to create a coherent narrative that honors what arose.
Hypnotherapy allows us to revisit and explore what arose during the experience in a safe, supported way — going deeper into unresolved threads, unfinished emotional processing, or questions that are still alive. Sometimes the most valuable material surfaces in integration, not the journey itself.
Insight in the mind must become change in the body and behavior. Hypnotherapy helps anchor new perspectives, beliefs, and patterns into the nervous system — so the shifts become lived experience, not just memory. This is where transformation becomes durable and real.
Each integration session is tailored to where you are in your process. There is no one-size-fits-all protocol — what you need three days after an experience is different from what you need three weeks later. Here is what you can generally expect:
We begin with a grounding check-in. How are you feeling? What has been alive since the experience? What are you hoping to work with today? This conversation orients the session and lets me understand where you are.
You share what you experienced — the images, emotions, insights, confusing moments, and what still feels unresolved. I listen without judgment and ask questions that help you go deeper into meaning. Often, articulating the experience aloud begins the integration process itself.
Using hypnotherapy, we move into a deeply relaxed state and I guide you to revisit specific elements of your experience — safely and with full support. This might involve exploring a symbol that appeared, completing an emotional experience that felt unfinished, or anchoring a new belief or perspective that arose during the journey.
Every session ends with practical integration tools — journaling prompts, embodiment practices, somatic exercises, or specific intentions to hold in the days ahead. These bridge the work of the session into your lived experience.
"The integration sessions were honestly more transformative than the ketamine infusions themselves. Kelly helped me understand what I experienced in a way I never could have done alone — and the shifts have stayed."
